Yes. All tenants will go through a thorough 3rd party background check before being placed in any of our units.

How often do evictions occur?

Evictions in our properties occur less than some clients expect. Reducing the likelihood of an eviction starts with proper screening. Often, we have more complications when taking on inherited tenants which we did not personally vet.

Is Jason Scott Realty equipped for an eviction?

Yes. Unfortunately, evictions are necessary at times. The professionals at JSRM are familiar with local and state guidelines for these situations. We also enlist the help of local law firms when needed.

Who pays for the screening of tenants?

The prospective tenant will pay this cost.
